Discussion Forum Promotions
Discussion Forums are one the oldest form of Social Media platform, where you get to interact with other like minded people. You can learn by asking questions, gain popularity by helping others, and get free traffic to your websites.
Like any worthwhile task that you want to accomplish, this method of promotion need ‘Preparation’. The main purpose for this type of promotion is to drive traffic to your website, in this case, your Deals’N'Cash referral link.
A Word Of Caution: You should never blatantly advertise your DealsnCash link on any of the post. Always use the link on a Signature file only.

I’ve been doing stuff online for quite a while now and what I find the hardest thing to do is to get others to join me – even my own family. They see it as a waste of time. I get to feeling that way, too, when I spend hours and hours online each week and what do I have to show for it? Oh, barely $1…. I gave up on the traffic engines a while ago. And many of the forums I subscribe to do not permit soliciting, even in your signature line (I’ve been reprimanded for this once before). I just find it hard to believe people are making money online any more, especially in this economic situation we are in. Am I wrong?

i find it difficult to ask people to come to a site that makes only pennies and it take forever to accumulate any money on. How do you justify it to yourself that you are asking someone to join only to make money in your pocket knowing they will not be making any real money when they do. unless they have the same regard for others and they reccomend the site to get the referral which is paltry?
Absolutely true, I get referrals constantly from forum participation for DeansnCash, Hits4Pay and many other programs too.

I feel for each and every one of you who have played the traffic exchange, ptc, ptr game.
Some people don’t have the patience for such things. I’m still working all of them day by day, some not so much, but still work them all. It does tak a long time to build a team.
My advice to you, if you have a bit of time, create a blog, and put down your experiences. What works for you, what doesn’t, and any tips you might have to help other people get better results.
There is a correct way of using traffic exchanges, to advertise your income system.
And its not what you think. Take the time to read some of the advice that is provided completely free on the traffic exchanges. I personally have never sold an ebook, but have downloaded a lot of free ones. Everyone seems to have a different version that says the same thing in each one.
Put up with the huge amounts of emails that come tied with the subscription to get the download.
You may be shooting yourself in the foot by not accepting free offers and information.

yeah it is not earning pennies on this is a earn cash on here and it is not just pennies in it and what are you talking about there and i think my friends would like to join me in here and i think so okay and i will earn dollars and not pennies okay thank you and have fun and earn money okay thank you and this is my first time doing this earning money on the internet now okay thank you.

I think that most people fail because they give up way too soon. If you are clicking for pennies and you think that you are going to make it your wrong. You are clicking for pennies to show someone else that you have been paid online. So, that someone else clicks for pennies and then maybe they will follow you into another program. Or, you have 1000′s of people clicking for pennies for you and now you are getting somewhere. There is that math story that states; if someone would pay you a penny a day and double it everyday for a month, would you take the job? See most people can’t see past week one or two. They feel as though they are going nowhere and only making pennies. I see day 30 and the millions of dollars. Take out your calculator and do the math.
Don’t allow yourself to think that it is just pennies. Build a list, seek more ways to get your product or program out there. Change your focus. One way that I am building up free traffic is through Twitter.
I also am learning everyday and have an open mind. While others see things as failure, I see it as a learning experience.

yeah i am trying to get in there and i like to others and then i get my self going i help other people out before what i do and it is so true and and the hits4cash is so good out there okay thank you for the good idea there and i am putting dealncash in my other websites and see what happens okay thank you and i like new ideas that others throw out there. And i am in Buzz Bot website out there and i am putting this website in there it is a money makers you can trying to get people below me to and adding websites in there so if i can get people in there they can start on makig making money in my website to okay.

Forget the negative ones with a real team you all can make good money. With dealsncash you can save a lil a month and with good family and friends who sign up supporting one another with 5 minutes of there time can help some pay gas to go to work some can make a 300 dollars a month for a car payment and some can even pay the rent 1200 dollars or more from pennies. So you get what you put in. it was free and it was just 5 minutes a day so why not try to bring a team of money makers together you just might have a million dollar team together but they have to be players not haters. When they complain bout my pennies I ask how much you have saved up! Cause with dealsncash I can save.
Hi there, yes you can make money from ptr and i know i have not made thousands of $’s yet but i hope to. Be careful and don;t fall for all the scams that primise you hugh money overnight, I tried my share of them too but mostly lost my money there. You have to work at it but it will all start to fall in place when you weed out the sites that don’t pay, there are a lot of good sites that have been around for 2 or more years and very successful, those are where you need to look. Forums are indeed a great way to drive traffic to websites.
I also have good results using free classified ad sites.
To those here who have a difficult time recruiting members, I suggest that you simply persist with your advertising efforts.
Read the advice found here and throughout this blog for lots of advertising ideas and inspirations.
And remember, if something is not working, change until it does, when something is working, repeat.
Work at Home Moms has a huge membership with a lot of activity. I also highly suggest CafeMom. I believe they’re the number one online community of Moms. And don’t forget about stay at home and work at home Dad sites. There are actually a lot that exist, just Google them. Another advertising avenue is Yahoo Groups. Look for those that would have members interested in making money or have the spare time to do so.
When I first got started “spreading the word” about Hits4Pay using my affiliate link at various sites on the internet it was slow going for the few weeks. Then I got my first affiliate and that motivated me to move on. I slowly but surely continued to build my affiliate base for the next few months. After that something interesting happened. Even though I was advertising no more than before, the number of affiliates I had signing up each day was doubling and tripling in quantity :waving: I can’t really explain why, but I do know that advertising and building exposure for yourself creates exponential results. I still get referrals today from advertising that I did over a year ago. I know this because my blog uses Google Analytics which tracks where my visitors are coming from, usually a site I advertised on, and in this case haven’t visited in a very long time. If you have a blog or your own website I highly recommend installing Google Analytics. It’s free and is easy to install and use. If you need help, just e-mail me. My e-mail address is on my blog which you can access by clicking on the word twinendeavors next to this post. At this point, I could sit back and never advertise again (which I have for the past few months) and still get at least 1 new affiliate per day. So if you’ve tried for a few days or a few weeks, don’t get discouraged and give up :-? it does work. After that if you’re still not getting affiliates, ask yourself if maybe the wording of your advertising needs to be changed ?:-) Are you just listing your affiliate link and not adding a sentence about why it’s great or why they should click your link to find out more? What would catch your eye :cyclops: or get your interest if you saw someone else post their link? I use “Get paid to read e-mails, no experience, no cost, no credit card required. PLUS earn $10 just for signing up!!” The majority of internet surfers are VERY skeptical of the billions of ads to promise to help you to make money online, many of which are scams, and they all seem to sound alike :hypnotized: When you state that this is free, that means that it’s virtually risk free to that person and they’re more apt to at least consider it and give it a try. Another possibility could be that you’re not advertising in the right places, places where others like you who are looking to make money are hanging out. Think about those groups of people that are usually looking to make some extra money from home and who have little time to spare. A few examples are students and stay at home moms. These people can’t always work a full or part time job, but they do have 15 to 30 minutes of free time :clock: to work at earning a little extra cash with little effort. The forums that Martha noted are an excellent place to begin. Remember, you can just pop in and post one time and expect to get results. You need to at least logon once a week and contribute something. The more often you post (with relative content, not spam), the more exposure you’ll get. If you’re already working another pay program, post on their forum. The more people that recognize and know you, the more attention you’ll get and the more affiliates you’ll bring in. I cannot stress enough :stop: that you should use a banner. People pay attention to an image far more than they would a text ad in your signature. Or use a combination of a banner plus a line of text (assuming room). Hits4Pay has made it easy for us and provides us with the banner code that includes the banner image and that is linked to your affiliate link. This banner code is HTML code that the internet uses to display the banner image and that will forward them to the site noted in the code which will be your affiliate web page at Hits4Pays. CAUTION, most forums do not allow HTML code, but it’s as simple as converting the HTML to BBCode which is the language recognized by forums. The site I use to convert code is http://www.seabreezecomputers.com/html2bbcode/. It’s as simple as pasting the HTML code into the text box and clicking the convert button. Promoting links is great… but I’m really concerned about what I’m promoting for. I work very hard with this program and multiple other paid-to-click sites, but both DealsNCash and Hits4Pay have had such a drop in advertisers that I barely get one ad per day. Even with over 600 referrals on my first and second level it doesn’t matter if the ads aren’t there.
I honestly believe that this is one of the best paid-to-click sites around, but I’m concerned about the sustainability of its future.
Maybe the next newsletter could reassure all of us a little more about what is being done to bring more advertisers into the program.
