1. You MUST own your own domain. (Please no affiliate websites)
2. The website must be currently attracting a minimum of 1000 visitors per month.
3. Publisher websites must be content-based, not simply lists of links or advertisements.
4. Having an in-house mailing list is a plus.
5. Must have a privacy policy on your website.
