Happy Birthday Tony Robbins

I really appreciate Tony Robbins because his message about Positive Thinking was my first introduction to learning that I had it within myself to change my life, by changing the way I think.
I admire Tony because he reminds us that we are the leaders of our own destiny. We have the ability to change how we respond to life circumstances in order to have a positive and successful outcome. Everything begins with a thought, then we experiences feelings and emotions and finally we either react or respond.
If you have a pattern of worrying too much, you’re focus isn’t on opitions or solutions, it’s on all the gloom and doom your feeling. I firmly believe that changing the way we think or developing a strong positive outlook, will change your life for the better. Tony is an excellent teacher. It’s like having your own personal life coach!

I usually do an inward sigh about positive mental attitude but it does work, a truly inspirational story to watch that I recently so was Eddie Izzards Marathon Man, about an unfit comedian and his extraordinary challenge to do 43 marathons in 51 days…he completed it because he believed he could, I don’t know if I will ever do a marathon by running, but I certainly believe I can walk it because I believe how great I am
